Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. This is because we put a lot of work into preparing the packages, rooms, and generating a schedule. We advise clients to come in at least 10 minutes early to their allotted time to sign in and get suited up, and watch the training video. The time you reserve is your time in the room. This does not include preparation. People who come in late will have their rage time cut, no exceptions. We can’t have people who have booked after you and arrived on time wait because you were late. We appreciate your understanding on this matter!
